Dr. Harish NS completed his MBBS from prestigious Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute. and MS (General Surgery) from Mysore Medical College. He was a gold medalist in General Surgery and he was the topper of DIPLOMAS conducted by the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgery. His keen interest in Minimal Invasive Surgery made him visit and get trained in the world's Best Hospitals for Laparoscopic Surgeries like IRCAD-FRANCE, university Hospital – in Singapore and Ganga ram Hospital in new Delhi, GEM hospital Coimbatore. He started his carrier as a General and Laparoscopic Surgeon in Bangalore. 15 years ago, He worked at Kempe Gowda Institute of Medical Science as an Assistant professor for 7years. Then Bowring Medical College as an Associate Professor for 3 years and as a Senior Consultant. In the various corporate hospital in Bangalore like Apollo hospital, Aster Hospital, and Fortis Hospital. And He has been interested to serve the surgical Society Bangalore, As a secretary for two years. His passion for Minimal Invasive Surgery made him start HIMAS (Dr. Harish Institute of Minimal Access Surgery) which is a pioneered Institute of Laparoscopic Surgery Situated in the Heart of Bangalore Basavanagudi. His keen interest in Teaching, Training, and Research made him conduct various training programs for general Surgeons in Advanced Technology. Today HIMAS is a Super Specialty Surgical Center, that provides treatment in the field of Gastroenterology and General surgery & Minimal Access Surgery.
